Muskaan manufacture both vertical and horizontal Automatic cashew shelling machine, vertical cashew shelling machine has 4 blades with 50 kg per hour cashew shelling capacity and horizontal cashew shelling machine have 10 blades with 200 kg per hour. Efficiency of machine is 95 % with high performance durable, accuracy.


Our Automatic Cashew Shelling Machine is automatic from feeder to shelling and separating cashew kernel, cashew shell and uncut cashew.

After cutting, cashew goes for scooping section. Muskaan scooping machine has capacity of up to 1 ton per hour for each scooping system.



Our Cashew shelling machines are available as complete shelling line fully integrated with feeding and kernel recovery system. A return line and shell separation line is a part of the system.
